SUMMARY:November 2021 Grain Trust Meeting
DESCRIPTION:At our meetings\, we typically discuss business then sample homebrews\, that members bring to share. \nYou’re welcome to bring any homebrew you’d like to share or those you’d like to get feedback.\nOne or two 22 ounce bottles\, of beer\, would be enough. \nPlease be aware Clandestine Brewing has instituted a “Proof of Vaccination” policy in order to gain inside seating.\nYou can bring your physical card\, a photo of same\, or use the QR code generated by the California Department of Public Health.\nTo get the latter downloaded to your phone\, visit the California Department of Public Health website for Digital Vaccine Records. \nHoward sent the following email to Grain Trust membership November 7\, 2021. \nHello Fellow Trustees:\nNovember is here!\nAnd we’ve already had rain! But being stout brewers and beer aficionados\, it can’t dampen our spirits.\nSo\, we’ll be gathering again this month for our usual meeting. The date is Friday\, November 19th and we’ll be meeting at 7 PM at Clandestine Brewing in SJ. \nFeel free to show up anytime after they open at 4\, and remember that proof of vaccination is required for inside seating. \nAs usual\, we’ll be focusing on beers that we bring–be sure to get your descriptions to Harry Graham a day or so ahead of the meeting. \nLooking ahead to December\, we plan to hold to our usual schedule\, which would place us on Friday the 17th.\nThat one will be more of a holiday event with a theme centered on beer and food pairings.\nBonus points (maybe ‘bonus esteem’) will be granted to those who pair food with their own homebrew\, but it’s not a requirement.\nSo\, put your taste buds to work and start getting some ideas.\nIt will be very interesting to see what people bring. \nSee you on the 19th!
